(i cant do cpr)... lol... yups.. then after the whole run they instructed them to do 20 sits up... i was lyk... huh? scratch head... they just ran 4 rounds lor... then i say no... let them rest for 10 mins and get some sip of water 1st... but really scary lar... yups... then after all thing go home... she din have training... sobs... haha... lol... then went home done homeworks... i so guai... wahahaha.... yups... overall today quite happy lar... jin er praise my singing lyk dun noe wad.... lol... im on cloud nine... wee~! lol...
